Samuel's journey in construction began in his family’s business, where he learned the trade by working alongside his father and gained a deep understanding and appreciation for the industry. Over the years, he has managed high-end properties alongside holding diverse roles — including assistant foreman, foreman and contract administrator at an architecture firm — each sharpening his project management and leadership skills. As a registered architect, Tom has worked with some of Australia's leading architecture studios, including Hassell, Billard Leece, AECOM, Peddle Thorp and the Buchan Group. Winning multiple design awards, he has delivered projects in aggregate of over $1 billion in construction value. He has a strong track record working within the complex planning controls relating to heritage design while delivering the most efficient outcomes for clients and buildings. Tom works hard to provide successful management and co-ordination of design teams and associated professional consultants at every stage of the project. Having lectured and presented on a global stage in innovative design and construction technology, his portfolio includes a diverse range of projects from retail, residential, commercial, educational, health and large-scale mixed-use projects.
